A. Kirkland de Ros is an intensely private man who, late in life, has turned to revealing the stories that have always lived in his head.
Kirk has been a millhand, a truck driver, a bouncer and a day laborer. He has worked as a salesperson, selling lumber, sanitary supplies, furniture, toys, and, oddly, perfumes. Of late, he has found work in information technology.
The Ros in de Ros is pronounced Roos (as in moose, or goose). No one Kirk has any contact with knows why. Do not ask him what the A. is for. He will not tell you under any circumstance that doesn’t involve at least one lawyer. Kirkland is bad enough, as is writing about himself in the third person.
Kirk is firmly on the Rolling Stones side of the Stones or Beatles question.
